Ready for Summer Fun -- Rodeo Season Starts June 6th

Join us every Thursday June 6 to August 22nd, including July 4th this year, for all the fun you can handle in one place. The Carbondale Wild West Rodeo kicks off in a little over two weeks.

You won't want to miss the thrills and spills. If you're like us you are ready for some outdoors fun. We can't promise no rain and remember, the rodeo goes on rain or shine.

As always there will be great concessions or you can bring your own barbecue and park at the arena fence side trailer parking (costs extra). Kids of all ages will truly enjoy all the jam packed action.

Quinten Hayden Update

Quinten Hayden can still use our prayers. He has finally been transferred to Craig Hospital.

Carbondale Wild West Rodeo Receives Grant

Carbondale Wild West Rodeo received a Grant for $5,000 recently from the Garfield County Discretionary funds. These grants are distributed quarterly.

The Town of Carbondale is also helping with some of the costs for the planned improvements.

The county grant and funds from the Town of Carbondale will be used for three much needed projects -- 1) Getting 110V power to the pavilion and concession area. 2) A new roping chute. 3) A storage shed for rodeo gear, shirts, vests, decorations, flags etc...
